By providing your mobile phone number, selecting Yes to receiving text message updates from Ecowize USA regarding your job application and submitting your application to Ecowize North America (“Ecowize USA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you expressly consent to receive mobile text messages (SMS/MMS) regarding your application status, interview scheduling, and other employment-related communications.
1. Program Description
Ecowize USA utilizes text messaging through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitate the recruitment process. Messages may include, but are not limited to:
● Application receipt confirmations.
● Interview invitations and reminders.
● Requests for additional documentation or information.
● Onboarding instructions for successful candidates.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your stage in the recruitment process and your level of interaction with our recruiting team. You will only receive messages relevant to your active applications or inquiries.
3. Costs and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Ecowize USA does not charge for this service; however, your mobile service provider’s standard messaging and data rates apply according to your individual mobile plan.
4. How to Opt-Out
You may withdraw your consent to receive text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply STOP to any text message sent from our system.
Upon receipt of a “STOP” message, we will send one final confirmation text.
Following that confirmation, you will no longer receive text messages from our ATS unless you re-initiate contact or opt back in.
